Judith Whitehead joined the Firm in 1982. Until 1996, she practiced in the Firm's litigation department, where she enjoyed a fine reputation in contentious family law and commercial litigation. For the past six years she has focused primarily on advising the Firm's high net worth private clients, as well as overseeing the Firm's strategic direction and day to day operations.
Judith Whitehead was educated at the University of British Columbia in Canada. During 1999, she served as an Acting Supreme Court Justice on the Bahamas Supreme Court. Judith served as a member of the Bahamas' National Women's Advisory Council. She is the former Chairman of the St. Andrews School in Nassau, Bahamas.
She has played an active role on the Strategic Development Committee of the Bahamas Financial Services Board and is presently serving as a member of the Financial Services Consultative Forum.
