Pembroke Williams became a Partner of the Firm in 2000. His practice is primarily in the area of residential and commercial real estate and mortgages. He has acted for the developers of several major subdivisions in Nassau. Pembroke acts extensively for the five leading local commercial banks on a wide range of real estate matters.

Matters on which he has recently worked include:

• Advising real estate developers on business development strategies and banking matters.
• Obtaining the numerous governmental approvals and licenses required for the development of residential subdivisions.

Pembroke was educated at the College of The Bahamas in Nassau where he received a degree in Business Administration and Accounting. He was called to The Bahamas Bar in 1991
