Tanya R. Hanna joined the firm in 1996. Tanya's specialty is trust law, and she has represented many major trust companies as well as private individuals in a wide spectrum of trust and corporate matters. Tanya’s experience extends to advising clients on all aspects of estate planning including the preparation of wills and trust instruments.

Tanya serves as the Chairperson on the executive committee of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Bahamas branch.  She also serves as the Jurisdiction Editor for The Bahamas section of the Portfolio of Laws on the ITPA website
