Michelle Pindling-Sands joined the firm in 1986. Michelle’s specialty is corporate law, and she is the partner in charge of GTC Corporate Services Limited, an affiliate of the firm, which provides a comprehensive array of corporate, administrative, and management services. Michelle also has widespread experience in real estate matters, resort financing, and banking. She handles a variety of corporate and domestic immigration matters for international clients.

Transactions on which she has recently worked include:

  • Advising to leading aircraft companies and financiers on aircraft registration matters.
  • Advising on all aspects of Bahamian law in the merger in relation to two major companies trading on the Danish Stock Exchange.
  • Development structuring on large resorts in Abaco and Eleuthera.

Michelle is the Chairperson of The Sir Lynden O. Pindling Foundation, a non-profit organization that promotes the legacy of her late father, Sir Lynden Pindling, the first Prime Minister of The Bahamas. From 2002 to 2007 she served as a Senator in The Bahamas Government.
