
Judith A. Whitehead joined the firm in 1982. Until 1996, she practiced in the firm’s litigation department, where she enjoyed a fine reputation in contentious family law and commercial litigation. She now focuses primarily on advising the firm’s high net worth private clients, assisting in negotiating agreements with government on major resorts and multiuse developments as well overseeing the firm’s strategic direction and day-to-day operations.

During 1999, Judith served as an Acting Supreme Court Justice on the Bahamas Supreme Court. She has served as a member of the Bahamas National Women’s Advisory Council, the Bahamas Financial Services Consultative Forum and is the former Chairman of the Board of St. Andrew’s School in Nassau, Bahamas. Judith is the Deputy Chairman of the College of The Bahamas and is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Bahamas Financial Services Board and a leading Bahamian insurance company.
