Cheryl joined the firm’s litigation department in June 2004. She is a litigator with considerable experience.  Over the past 13 years, she has been involved in advising and representing numerous institutional and private clients in proceedings before The Supreme Court and The Court of Appeal of The Bahamas.  Her main areas of practice are as follows:-
