Randol is a Partner in the Nassau Office and a member of the Firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group.  Randol’s work covers the full spectrum of commercial practice with an emphasis on Banking, Labour and Employment, Personal Injury, Fraud, Contentious Real Estate  and Trust Litigation.  Randol has developed a fine reputation as a tenacious Litigator and appears regularly at the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal level.  He is accustomed to working alongside UK and US based legal and or other professional teams in cross-border matters.

Randol read law at the University of Buckingham, England where he graduated with First Class Hons.  He also holds a LLM Degree in International and Commercial Law, with a specialization in World Trade.  Randol is also a member of the New York State Bar.

Transactions on which he has recently worked include:

• A major multijurisdictional Trust related Dispute which involved several actions in England and The Bahamas and an arbitration in Switzerland.
• A Shareholder dispute involving a leading loss adjusting Firm and a local corporate agent;
• Advising major Hotels and Resorts and representing them in commercial and labour disputes;
• Representing leading Bahamian insurance companies and commercial banks in complex commercial matters;

Randol is a former President of the College of The Bahamas Alumni Association and a former College of The Bahamas Council member.  He is a part time law lecturer at the College of The Bahamas and presently tutors in Business Law and Constitutional and Administrative Law.
