Randol is a Partner in the Nassau Office and a member of the Firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. Randol’s work covers the full spectrum of commercial practice with an emphasis on Banking, Labour and Employment, Personal Injury, Fraud, Contentious Real Estate and Trust Litigation. Randol has developed a fine reputation as a tenacious Litigator and appears regularly at the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal level. He is accustomed to working alongside UK and US based legal and or other professional teams in cross-border matters.
Randol read law at the University of Buckingham, England where he graduated with First Class Hons. He also holds a LLM Degree in International and Commercial Law, with a specialization in World Trade. Randol is also a member of the New York State Bar.

Randol is a former President of the College of The Bahamas Alumni Association and a former College of The Bahamas Council member. He is a part time law lecturer at the College of The Bahamas and presently tutors in Business Law and Constitutional and Administrative Law.
